5. Refund Policy

Due to the creative nature of the service, partial or full refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original footage you provide. Final edited videos remain the intellectual property of Highlyt Sports until full payment is received. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or content. You agree to use our services at your own risk.
